On 13th March 600 Hovione Team members started working from home. 1300 (and several hundred contractors) continued working uninterruptedly in our plants and labs in 3 continents producing products for patients on a 24/7 basis. Everything is going to plan, and absenteeism has reduced. We faced issues and dealt with them. As we accept that the pandemic will last another year or two, we have decided to pace ourselves, get comfortable and adopt precautions that are both adequate to protect everyone and enable work with high productivity in a sustainable manner, over the many months we still need to live with this nightmare.

At Hovione, PrepCom is our cross-functional COVID-19 Response Team. What started as a crisis management team has evolved into a structured multi-work-stream regular operation. At Hovione Safety is not confidential. We have made all our protocols, procedures, training materials, communications available to everyone on Covid-19 - Coronavirus webpage we believe that this is a common fight and we will be stronger if we work together and learn from each other.

Please review our materials and if you wish to ask questions or if you know of other approaches that you feel Hovione can learn from, please register for this webinar. Feel free to forward this to any colleague of yours that is more directIy involved with managing Covid-19 responses. We will hold the webinar if there is a minimum number of registrations, depending on the interest we will allow for more time for Q&A. Register Now!
