Our approach to PM

Our business may be called contract manufacturing but for us it is all about service. Our relationship management model ensures every customer has two dedicated points of contact at the project level, and additional oversight links. Our account managers work closely with our technical project managers, ensuring project teams are aligned and that both sides have a complete understanding of what is going on, what is planned and what is expected.

We build each team around the unique requirements of the project and the customer. A detailed quality agreement and a mature project management template sets high standards and clarifies what and when is expected from both parties. Video-conferencing, weekly project meetings via phone as well as regular e-mail reports build strong relationships and trust.
