Communication
Hovione is a small but highly specialized organization,
the result being that we are an accessible Company that is easy to communicate
and do business with. We are open and transparent, and understand the importance
of listening to our customer's requirements and priorities. Our internal
organization has been thought so as to best answer customer needs; dedicated
project managers responsible for coordination and project development are
constantly available for a one-to-one communication with clients updating
them with on-going project progress information.
We encourage customers to call, fax and e-mail Hovione technical people.
Furthermore, Hovione has harnessed the power of the latest Information Technology
systems to aid communication between the Company and its customers. Our
IT system enables selected project data to be collated for rapid deployment,
which can automatically be made available on-line and on-time to customers,
with an elaborate security system. Customers are thus able to track the
progress of their products on-line from the comfort of their own offices.
Standardized software and the latest communication systems are the backbone
of Hovione's project management. It allows us to do much more than interface
with customers. These tools promote trust and a clear understanding of the
priorities and result in a high level of Hovione / customer intimacy. If
