Once the scope and scale of a project’s requirements is analyzed and
understood, the appropriate multi-disciplinary team, led by an experienced
project manager is assembled.
Highly structured planning and execution enables us
to anticipate and assign the most adequate resources and determine time
lines accurately. Clear milestones that provide a solid road map to success
are defined, factoring all of the constraints. Both compliance issues and
ownership of intellectual property are addressed from the outset. We also
review every aspect of a project that drives a competitive per kilo price,
such as batch size, raw materials costs and logistics, cycle time and campaign
