This website was prepared on the occasion of Hovione's acquisition of its Cork site. It aims to introduce Hovione to the community in Cork, to provide every one of its stakeholders with access to detailed information on Hovione's background and business, and to establish a communication link with Hovione. The site is located in Ringaskiddy, at the end of a small peninsula surrounded by the waters of Cork harbour, a uniquely beautiful landscape.

Hovione is a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients. A key part of our business is to provide R&D and manufacturing services to the Pharma Innovator companies that prefer to contract out such technical operations. The Cork site's mission is to serve as a launch site for new product introductions for companies that do not have in-house manufacturing facilities.
